- Staff · July 15, 2025Oak Lane does not intersect with Patterson Avenue. If you are referencing the intersection of Oak Lane and Harlan Circle, it is an all-way stop, giving a break in traffic flow for people to cross. Traffic volumes are low enough on the two streets that residents have plenty of gaps to cross the streets. If you are referencing the intersection of Patterson Avenue and Harlan Circle, a crosswalk will not be installed due to the amount of vehicles and distance without a mid-block crossing. The Department is currently working on a project to extend the Patterson Avenue bike lanes to the west.
