Description
At least 2 speed humps are needed between 7569 Rockfalls Drive and 7852 Rockfalls Drive/Riverside Drive. Drivers speed down Rockfalls Drive to Riverside Drive. This is dangerous to pedestrians, bikers, dogs and wildlife. At least 2 cars have wrecked into the trees beside the James River at the intersection of Rockfalls and Riverside Drive. Please consider this a high priority. Thank you.

- Staff · November 13, 2024The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Rockfalls Dr between Hill Dr East connection and Hill Dr West connection measured 23mph in a 25mph speed zone. A speed table is not planned.
