    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Woodrow Ave between Gladstone Ave and Ladies Mile Rd measured 19mph in a 25mph speed zone. A speed table is not planned.
