- Staff · November 8, 2024The latest five full years of crash data (1.1.19-12.31.23) from DMV did not show any reported crashes at Venable St and 22nd St. The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Venable St near 22nd St measured 23 in a 25mph speed zone. A speed table is not planned.
