Description
The sidewalk on Franklin btw 5th and 6th has been closed for two years with a fence around it. Pedestrians have to walk into oncomjng traffic instead of being able to use the sidewalk. Theres no obvious construction happening; its just closed.

- Staff · November 25, 2024The sidewalk is closed at this location due to safety concerns posed by the adjacent building; the City Building Dept is aware of this issue and is attempting to get the property owner to take appropriate action; we cannot require removal of the sidewalk barricade/fencing until the area is safe for pedestrians.
