Description

It woukd be really awesome to get the section of E. Marshall between Oliver Hill and Jefferson Ave repaved. The asphalt is loose, and so many people who live in Church Hill and Union Hill use this route when coming off I-95. It’s already a very narrow street and I get into near misses often. It would help if it was smooth to get up the hill.
