Description

This intersection is dangerous, there are close calls and accidents constantly. I also have this written with dates in detail if need be. There is currently a flashing yield/stop light but there is too much confusion. I suggest a four way stop sign unless there is a better option!

The Department of Public Works must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of Clay St and Harrison St does not meet the traffic requirements for an all-way stop.
