Description
Rather than the awkward No Left Turn triangle at Blanton/Grant/Sheppard, a circle would keep traffic flowing while allowing access to Sheppard from the south. Currently to get to Sheppard you have to drive out of the way, through one of two neighborhoods, and this would make eveyone safer while providing a more direct route.
