Description
The Proto Path (bike and pedestrian trail) has an entrance/exit at this location on Leigh St. The current street design has street parking available at this entrance/exit, allowing parked cars to block the entrance/exit. There is a cutout in the sidewalk to allow for bike/peds, but no existing infrastructure to prevent cars from blocking it. I am requesting a No Parking sign to keep this point of egress clear from obstruction, making it safer for bikes and people to use this path.
