Description

The construction at the corner of Hull and Commerce has blocked the sidewalk on Hull Street and on Commerce Road. The construction has also completely blocked access to the bus stip, which is now inside their fence. The cross walk buttons on the west side, which is now the only sodewalk, are not working either.
