Comments

- Staff · November 6, 2024The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Lafayette St between Broad St and Monument Ave measured 21mph in a 25mph speed zone. A speed table is not planned. Your comments about the lack of sidewalks on Lafayette St were forwarded to the Department of Public Works Capital Improvement Plan Coordinator for consideration in the next Capital Improvement Plan.
