Description
New pattern at this intersection only allows time for 1 - 2 cars to get through the light when on terminal turning into Richmond highway. There are often lines exceeding 10. This issue is causing drivers to be aggressive, honk, run red lights, and make other dangerous maneuvers. I see aggressive drivers and red light running every time i use this light. This issue is recent, why has this dangerous change been made?
