Description
The left turn signal from the two northbound left turn lanes on Belvidere, at Broad Street is too brief. During my last three trips through that intersection, the left turn signal at this intersection has lasted between four and six seconds, allowing two cars from each turn lane to turn before the light turns amber and three cars before the light turns red. There are usually at least eight cars queued to turn left in each of the two lanes. This invites drivers to run the red light.
