Prv DPW000186053 Citizen put this ticket in online and put in the wrong address citizen needs sidewalk fixed The sidewalk is uneven at the end of my property. I have tripped and almost fallen several times because there is a dip. It is hard for me to take my supercan out to the alley. 2928 Grayland Ave
