Description
There was a tree that was removed as well as the stump. The area where the stump was removed was never filled in. This has caused several people to almost hurt themselves because of the sinking hole in the area where the city removed the tree. Previous service ticket was closed DPW000186028; Caller is requesting an explanation for closed ticket.
