Description

PLEASE do not keep closing this ticket. It is not a duplicate - IT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. This is not a tree situation - it's a stump that was shoddily grinded down on August 15th by your contractor (Derricott) who also damaged my car ($1000.00). There are still roots and part of the stump remaining, some sticking up. The area is a mess, mulch still remains and cannot be mowed. Please complete this job and preferably using a different contractor - not Derricott.
