Description
Multiple large bags of trash on the area of grass between the street and sidewalk (not sure if this is considered private or public property). The bags tear open and trash spills and blows down the street and sidewalk and into neighbors’ properties. This has been an issue for months - it gets cleaned up a little, then more bags appear.
