There is a pedestrian crosswalk at this intersection, but there are no signs indicating that cars should yield to pedestrians under state law. As such, this cross walk feels very unsafe as cars often do NOT stop even for pedestrians already in progress of crossing.

- Staff · October 31, 2024I understand that “stop for pedestrian” signs are no longer being installed on city streets at this time due to the many sign knockdowns. The latest three full years of crash data (1.1.21-12.31.23) from DMV did not show any reported pedestrian crashes at Laburnum and Moss Side.
