Description
I am re-opening my request on Ticket 185153 that just got closed with the comment that “This tree does not meet service requirements at this time”. This is not a tree situation - it's a stump that was shoddily grinded down on August 15th by your contractor (Derricott) who also damaged my car ($1000.00). There are still roots from the stump, some sticking up and the area is a mess and cannot be mowed. PLEASE, complete the stump removal using a different contractor.
