Description
I live at 602 W 28th St, halfway between Semmes and Stonewall. It is all downhill from from Semmes to Stonewall, and many drivers, especially those I perceive are using 28th as a cut-through to Riverside, tend to fly down the hill. Wondering if you can tell me what it takes to get a speed table considered for this stretch. There is a speed table on 28th between Stonewall and Riverside. Thank you for the consideration.
