COMPLAINT: MELBOURNE STREET AND 3X THE CITY HAVE CAME AND PUT SIGNS FOR TREE MAINTENANCE AND THE TREE NEXT DOOR TO HER AND THE TREE IS DEAD AND THEY DIDNT REMOVE THE TREE
