Description
Kindly remind school bus drivers that the 25 mph speed limit on Carolina Avenue applies to them also, as do the stop signs on Highland Street. Also, drivers continue to run stop signs on Highland at Carolina Ave, despite installation of larger stop signs and addition of stop lines. Speeds on Carolina continue to be higher than 25 mph, with many being higher than 40 mph. The new speed bump is ineffective for cars traveling SW on Carolina, & does nothing to affect speed of vehicles traveling NE.
