    --------------Culpepper St & Griffin Ave ---Culpepper stops at Griffin. ---Both streets are 25mph residential streets. ---The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed samples on each street measured less than 22mph. ---DMV reported crashes between 1.1.20 – 12.31.23. No reported crashes. ---Speed tables or other safety improvements are not planned at this time.
