Speed tables (bumps) are not planned on Patterson Ave given this street is classified as an urban principal arteria, carries about 20,000 vehicles a day and is a strategic route for emergency vehicles. Harlan Circle south of Patterson stops at Oak Lane about 500’ away. Harlan Circle north of Patterson stops at Park Ave about 250’ away. Speed tables are not planned on these short street sections between the stop signs.
