    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Idlewood Ave between Meadow St and Allen Ave measured 23mph. A speed table is not planned.
