Description
Tree is damaged/dying, dropping limbs and sap, multiple dead limbs and bark is visibly detaching from trunk. The tree likely had root damage when the city installed sidewalks several years ago and is now dying/dead. Multiple other trees on the street have fallen or needed to be removed since the sidewalks were built. Tree is large and would cause significant damage to homes/cars if it fell or if large branches fell.
