Description
When W Car Street was converted from 3 to 2 lanes, the traffic lights were never updated. Now drivers are confused which lanes to make right and left turns from. This has nearly caused multiple accidents. There needs to be roadline marking the proper straight and turning lanes as attached. It would also be helpful to add bollards at the end of both parking lanes to indicate these should not be used for continuous driving.
