Description

At 8:56am, 10/22/24 i was almost hit by a eastbound vehicle as i crossed the school crosswalk on foot. The driver stopped, apologized and told me she couldn’t see the pedestrian crossing sign. Its covered by a large wooden pole 10 inches in front of it. Please fix this before a small student gets killed. Im keeping reciepts on this request and will post that the City was aware when a tragedy happens. One easy solution could be to just put the blocked sign on the pole blocking it. Thanks.

Signs have minimal obstruction. Referred to Traffic Engineering to have signs moved to newly installed pole.
