Description

Manhole is set below the level of the road so cars accessing the downtown expressway/interstate dip down every day on one side only, damaging the steering of the cars. Request for collar to set the cover at street level. This is a daily issue for downtown drivers.

Per DPU personal L.Lockett assessed this location and does not have any DPU Stormwater or Wasterwater assets in the area cause issue in this area. Yet there are two assets that could be the possible cause for the citizen's complaint one belongs to Richmond Gasworks and the other belong to City of Richmond Streetlights.
