Description
I see where this was reported before and fixed, but I've been living the Paper Co Apts for 6 years and it's never been right. It is a brick road and this area around the old railroad track is horrible to travel over. It's not level and is dangerous for car tires, and for bicycles, motorcycles and scooters. I actually saw someone wipe out on a scooter once.
