Description

The storm water on Wisteria runs along in a ditch on the eastern side of the road. There is no curb on this side of the road, so the water turns off of Wisteria and travels down the alley between Leonard Parkway and Kensington Avenue. It floods my yard, my basement, and erodes the soil making it difficult to use the property for its highest and best use (see photos) Can the city please direct the water into the storm drain on the corner of Leonard and Wisteria and away from the alley?
