    Upon arrival I noticed the road had been repaved up until 2-3ft before the stop bar. Ladder bar crosswalk is there but debris from traffic and road conditions have cause a pile up on one of the ladder bar which appears to give it the indication that it is not there but it is. Double yellow and lane line are fresh as the road has been repaved.
