Requesting that Ticket DPW000185809 (Cityworks ID: 540304) be revisited. It was closed with no assessment performed. See attached memo with details on why the request for a proper assessment is deemed reasonable. In addition, see attached images that support the request.     The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Moss Side between Ladies Mile Rd and Westwood Ave measured 19mph in a 25mph zone. A speed table exists in this section with no more currently planned.
