    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Derwent Rd measured 17mph in a 25mph zone between Whitehead Rd and Bolton Rd. Speed tables are not planned.
