Description

Zelkova Serrata (Tree ID# 28207 on the City of Richmond Tree Inventory) has many dead limbs that are continuously dropping onto the power lines, yard, and cars. Hoping to get some maintenance to cut the larger dead limbs throughout the canopy. Thank you so much!
