Description
Resident continues to pile gravel, charcoal, briquettes, and chunks of wood in the bike lane. Last week when riding, I hit this pile and almost crashed. Because of tree coverage, I did not see the debris until I hit it. I moved the debris into the gutter and left. As of right now, the charcoal and the wood chunks have all been re-piled and the gravel has been re-spread through the bike lane. Resident has a security camera pointed at the spot in the bike lane.
