Description

Cars continue to speed down Commonwealth between Patterson and Monument. Is it possible to get a speed table (or two) along that section of Commonwealth. There are over thirty school age kids that live adjacent to Commonwealth on West Franklin alone.

    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed samples on Commonwealth Ave between Patterson Ave and Monument Ave measured 25mph. The speed samples are in compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets and speed tables are not planned.
