    Spoke to Amy about corner clearance around alley. I explained to her that there is no parking on Colorado. She asked me to phone Citizen - Joann Atkins 804-873-3169. Phoned citizen to explain. Citizen complained about the hedge and people parking on her street from the apartments because of the bike lane.
