Description
This light is inconsistent in its timing. Some days I have sat here for close to 15 minutes before it turns green. When it does turn green it’s a quick turn allowing only a few cars to go. This creates a backup on the exit ramp and back to 64. People are running the red light and blocking the shoulder to try and get around. Some days it functions fine but lately it seems almost everyday this has been the issue.
