    The existing crosswalk on Cary St at Lock Lane has pedestrian crossing warning signs in advance and at the crosswalk in both directions. Flashing lights is a capital improvement and not in the adopted Capital Improvement Budget. Staff will field check for any signing or marking maintenance needs
