Description
Resident has called the City Attorney's Office stating that she and residents have made several attempts to have the tree removed through calling the City and placing reports. Caller states that the "tree has several dead limbs that are brittle and falling periodically due to wind storms. At times blocking the sidewalk, damaging plants, falling on cars, and damaging planters."
