Description

I have posted this issue repeatedly in the trash / debris for the code enforcement folks. But nothing has been done. So. I’m posting it here too, since this affects the public’s ability to use an alley. Accumulation of trash in this alley has been a problem for months. Every now and then, trash is cleaned up or locks are placed on the dumpsters. But within a day or so, the piles of spilling garbage are back. Cars can’t get through the alley sometimes because there is trash blocking the way.
