Description

I am buying a house at this address and I have noticed that there is no access to the Alley way in the back - I have a plat survey that confirms that there is 16' of space allotted for the Alleyway, but there is access from either side of the road.

    The area behind these houses is an easement not a alley. City of Richmond doesn't maintain easement. Crew was there 11/6/2024 to remove building debris that was left by someone.
