DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of Bainbridge St and 20th St does not meet the traffic requirements for an all-way stop. The Fire Marshall does not support any additional speed tables on Bainbridge St since this corridor functions as a strategic route for emergency vehicles. Contact the Richmond Police Department (804.646.5100) to report speeding and running the stop sign.
