There has been no sidewalk for almost two years. Concern is the developer stopped building over a year ago, and there are no active plans to finish the construction.

    An inspector has visited this location; there is a construction project for a new apartment buildings; we review the MOT and, as necessary, request the contractor install “Sidewalk Closed Cross Here” signs and also give us detailed projection of when the sidewalk will be restored and the barricade removed.
