Description

For months, years, I have reported traffic issues & accidents at this intersection. A hour ago, the existing stop sign was replaced with a larger one. Minutes after, the first car to approach the new sign ran the stop sign. A four way stop is needed, with speed bumps 10-20 yards before the signs. There is one speed bump (pimple) on Carolina Avenue from Laburnum to Meadowbridge. Cars traveling SW from that bump accelerate to 40-50 mph. Real SPEED CONTROL is needed on Carolina before a fatality.
