Description
25 MPH speed limit signs have been installed between Willow Lawn & Hampstead area however few people observe the speed limit. No cops stationed to deter speeding. So it would be beneficial if electronic monitoring signs were installed such as the one on Grove (pictured below) which isn't nearly congested at Patterson!
