Description

Ms. Coles is at 1204 Carlisle Ave is advising that the tree on this lot is leaning very severly and that an that it is at the point where if there is a storm with bad wind. It could topple over into her home. She would like for it be cut or removed. Please note that the tree is on a vacant lot next door to her property.
