Description

Hello - On August 15th, you all sent out a contractor (Derricott) to grind down the stump from the tree that was removed (#8188) in front of my house. I had spoken to Mr. Derricott about some issues and damage to my car I discovered when I returned home. He personally re-imbursed me for damages to my car and we discussed I would keep the mulch left behind. I didn't realize until digging deeper there are still many roots left. Could you please send out a DIFFERENT contractor to complete the job?
