Description
Two of the No Parking signs have been removed illegally from Virginia St outside of 140 Virginia St. There are cars accumulating on The Virginia St canal bridge because of the illegal removal. This blocks the roadway where only 1 car can narrowly go by as well as blocks the entrance garage to Vistas on the James (301 Virginia St). Please replace the signs.
